- 1 (15 ounce) can vegetarian broth
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans or (15 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 teaspoon mrs. dash southwest dried chipotle powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- ground pepper
- 1⁄3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
directions
- Puree all ingredients in a blender and heat.

This soup is fantastic!!! I had high hopes but this exceeded them by a long shot!!! I did substitute homemade tofu sour cream for the yogurt but I don't think that would change the flavor too much -- Thank you so much for a terrific, low fat, high fiber delicious and super easy recipe. Needless to say, will make over & over again!!
