DIRECTIONS

  • Sift dry ingredients.
  • Whisk egg yolks, oil, water, milk and juice together.
  • Whisk egg whites till stiff.
  • Mix the egg mixture into the dry ingredients to prevents lumps.
  • Beat with electric mixer.
  • Fold in the egg whites.
  • Pour very thinly into a greased pan.
  • Cook until golden brown on one side.
  • Turn over until golden brown.
  • Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top and roll up.
  • Serve hot.
