  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
  • Mix the self-raising flour, buttermilk and white onion soup together.
  • Put the dough into a buttered bread pan.
  • Cover with the grated cheddar.
  • Bake for 45 min until a knife can be inserted and pulled out without any dough sticking to it.
