- 500 g self raising flour
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 1 (50 g) package white onion soup
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
- Mix the self-raising flour, buttermilk and white onion soup together.
- Put the dough into a buttered bread pan.
- Cover with the grated cheddar.
- Bake for 45 min until a knife can be inserted and pulled out without any dough sticking to it.
