Snickers Cheesecake (No Bake)

  • Spread 1/2 the jar of ice cream topping and over bottom of crust.
  • In a medium size bowl whip the cream cheese and remaining ice cream topping, and mix well.
  • Whip in the Cool Whip.
  • With a spoon fold in the Snickers candy pieces.
  • Spread over the the crust.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour. Keep refrigerated.

  1. Tasted great, but consistency was soupy. I made it again using 1 1/2 packages of cream cheese & 1/2 container of whip cream & ate it frozen. It worked out much better.

I am the mother of two beautiful boys. I love to bake and cook which has helped me to become very overweight. I have lost 50 pounds this past year and have been learning to cook "lighter".
