Smoky Citrus Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

"I found this recipe in an ad in the newspaper years ago. I love the combination of the citrus with the thyme and liquid smoke. Use it on a nice green salad maybe with fresh berries in it! Tasty!"

  1. actually used this as a marinade for the most awesome chicken - and tried it on some salmon as well - grilled the salmon ever so slightly just 4 minutes on one side and 3 on the other over rather high heat gave nice grill marks - for the chicken I added just a 2 tablespoons more oil and in both cases used fresh herbs - I think this could serve double duty and with the exception of the chicken I did concentrate it for a drizzel over the salmon with a touch of fresh dill - Yummo made for PAC fall 2009 thank you saved for many future uses
