directions

  • chop oysters and onions fine.
  • blend all ingredients together.
  • place mix on piece of saran wrap and shape or roll to look like a log.
  • chill in fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • when ready to serve take out of fridge, unwrap and roll log in finely chopped pecan nuts and serve.
