ingredients
-
Meatballs
- 1⁄2 lb ground pork
- 1⁄2 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 cup condensed milk or 1/2 cup half-and-half cream
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
-
Sauce
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 1⁄4 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, chopped (I use more cause I love garlic!)
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce (or more, to taste!)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- salt and pepper
directions
- Mix all of the meatball ingredients together and form into small meatballs. Place in a baking dish and set aside.
- Preheat oven at 325°F.
- Mix all of the sauce ingredients, cook (bring to a boil) on stove top for a few minutes. Put sauce on top of the meatballs and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes.
- Serve on top of cooked rice.
- SPECIAL NOTE: The sauce may be doubled if you like a lot of it on your rice -- again, adjust this recipe to your personal liking after trying it once as-is -- there's not one recipe that I haven't adapted to make it my own! :-).

I'm a stay-at-home mom (SAHM) of two beautiful little girls, Cassandra (4) and Katherine (1 1/2). I love to cook, especially desserts as I have a BIG sweet tooth! I also like to karaoke but I haven't been able to go out and sign since my first daughter was born!
I also love photography, crafting, jewelry making, and working out (of which I hope I'll start doing again soon! *lol* my 1 1/2 year old is starting to be "people" friendly which will allow me to put her in the nursery at the gym!).
