  • First make the sauce: In a saucepan brown garlic and onions in oil.
  • Add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce and parmesean cheese.
  • Cook until bubbly.
  • Place chicken breast in a 13 X 9 inch pan.
  • Pour sauce over chicken.
  • Top with mozzerella cheese.
  • Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Boil fettucine noodles according to directions.
  • Serve chicken over noodles.

  1. This was amazing for the little time it took! Definately will make again. I did only use 4 chicken breasts butterflied as I like a lot of sauce.
     
  2. Picked this recipe to make for New Kids on the Block tag game and boy was I glad...Delicious! Hubby kept eating till his stomach hurt. I did add a little red pepper flakes to the sauce for some zing and used chicken thighs, but other than that I followed the directions. I might cut down on the romano/parm cheese in the sauce a little but then again maybe not. Definatley goinging into my Favorites of 2011. Thank you for submitting the recipe.
