  • Cook brown rice in rice cooker with water and soy sauce.
  • Scramble eggs and set aside.
  • Stir fry chard or vegetables in oils.
  • Add cooked rice and stir fry sauce and saute for 3 minutes.
  • Add shrimp and cook just until warm.
  • Toss in scrambled eggs and serve.
