Sesame Linguine

"This is a nice side to an asian flavored meal, especially one cooked on the grill. You can find the chili oil on the ethnic aisle of your grocery store, or make your own by putting dried red chile pepper pods in oil and letting it sit for a couple of weeks. Prep and Cook time does not include the 8 hour chill time!"

  1. Only 4 stars because I did not add salt and pepper (soy sauce was enough), or watercress (did not have). I really like this as a side dish hot with pork chops and steamed broccoli and garlic bread. Thanks for the recipe.<br/><br/>An update on this recipe: We had it last night using rice noodles and with vegetables. I'm sorry I only gave it 4 stars last time. My star ratings have changed thanks to adivce from one of our members. It's not fair to rate less if the person rating it does not go strictly by the recipe. Anyway this time I hope I rated it correctly! The seasonings used are excellent!! Thanks breezermom for the recipe.

  2. I loved this...I did cut it way down for just me...I used baby spinach in place of the watercress...and I topped it with some red pepper flakes...I enjoyed the added heat...served it along side of a nice baked cod...made for "Players Favorites" tag game...

  3. Delish! I made a single serving today for lunch. Prepared last evening, to insure the flavors melded, they sure did. This was a great dish and will surely make again. Made for photo tag.

  4. A real nice combination of oils here.. The only thing is I did not have the green onions.. everyone else did and enjoyed. This was going into my top 10 for the year , served with some cheese bread, and made for a great dinner. Made for Market Tag.
