- 12 ounces Italian turkey sausage
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried basil
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup shredded cheese
directions
- In a large skillet cook sausage until well done. Drain. Add tomato sauce, garlic, and basil. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thick.
- Press wonton wrappers into miniature muffin cups sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 about 7 minutes or until slightly brown.
- Spoon sausage mix into cups and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
