Sausage Potato Dinner

"This is my Mother in law to be's recepie. She says Its great but I havent tried it yet!"

• Ingredients: 7
• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 1 lb smoked sausage or 1 lb kielbasa, Cut up into bite size pieces
• 2 1⁄2 cups potatoes, peeled and sliced into thin slices
• 1⁄3 cup water
• 1 (12 ounce) can cream of celery soup
• 1⁄2 cup grated cheddar cheese
• 1⁄2 cup green pepper, sliced (optional)
• 1⁄4 cup pimiento, chopped (optional)

directions

1. Grease 10" baking dish. Line bottom with potatoes. in saucepan heat soup and water until heated through. Stir in cheese until melted. Add sausage, green pepper and pimentos. Pour over potatoes and bake @ 350 for 55 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Enjoy!
