- 2 cups bulk sausage
- 1 cup stewed tomatoes
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper (to taste)
- 1 egg, beaten
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Be sure to add the egg last.
- Place mixture in a loaf pan.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until nicely browned.
