ingredients

• 20 ounces Simply Potatoes Red Potato Wedges
• 1 lb mild Italian sausage
• 32 ounces low sodium chicken broth
• 1 lb kale
• 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon

directions

1. Place all ingredients in a large soup saucepan on med-high with the lid on.
2. Cook until kale & sausage starts to cook down and soup starts to boil.
3. Turn heat to Low and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Serve Hot.
