Sausage Casserole (Oamc)

"This casserole will freeze for up to one month once cooked and cooled. Defrost and reheat in a medium oven, covered, for 20-30 minutes. Serve with garlic bread."

  • Heat the oven to 425°F.
  • Put the sausages, pepper and onion into a roasting tin and roast for 20 minutes.
  • Lower the oven temp to 400F then tip the tomatoes and broth over the sausages. Add the sugar, season and stir well.
  • Roast for a further 20 minutes.
  • Serve with garlic bread.
