- 1 lb pork sausage
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 10 cups cornbread stuffing mix
- 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dried sage
- 1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper
- 3 cups chicken broth
directions
- Saute sausage, onion and celery until sausage is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain off the excess fat. Mix in the suffing mix, chiken broth and the seasonings.
- Bake, covered with foil, in a 13x9 baking dish for 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Bake for an additional 10 minutes uncovered to brown.
