Salsa Vegetable Soup

- Ready In:
- 32 ounces low sodium chicken broth
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
- 2 cups celery, sliced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (frozen)
- 16 ounces salsa (refrigerated)
- Stir all ingredients in a large pot. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
