"I had been looking for a good rub for salmon and came across this one. This versatile rub can be used this on chicken and veggies"

• Ingredients: 10
• Yields: 1 -1/2 cups

ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup lemon pepper
• 1⁄4 cup kosher salt
• 1⁄4 cup dill seed
• 1⁄4 cup dried coriander
• 2 tablespoons dried dill
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
• 1 tablespoon granulated onion
• 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
• 2 teaspoons sugar

directions

1. Combine all the ingredients.
2. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
