- 1 lb mushroom
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
directions
- Wash mushrooms. Place butter in skillet and saute mushrooms. When tender add sour cream. Cook slowly until sauce is thickened. Season and serve on toast.
