Ritz Cracker Crumb Chicken

Ritz Cracker Crumb Chicken created by Baby Kato

This is the juiciest, best chicken we've ever had. It was originally my mother-in-law's recipe. I never make bone-in chicken, but I wouldn't change a thing about this perfect recipe! Your family will love it!

How longer would you bake 2 chicken breasts

I made this using boneless chicken strips, so delicious! It was just for me and my husband, so I used less butter and less Ritz crackers. I put the Ritz in a plastic bag and rolled them with a bottle of water.

I used roasted vegetable Ritz crackers and gave it great flavoring or they have garlic ritz crackers!! Winner in my family!!

Ok folk I just made this but I did a few things different. First I used no bone chicken breast and no skin. Then I made a buttermilk brine with 2 cups with seasonings of course. I used garlic powder, onion powder, salt, wht pepper and a Little cayenne ,and don't be shy when adding seasoning..soaked overnite when your ready to make rinse chicken. Then do rest of what recipe says. But... I didn't have enough Ritz, just a sleeve and 1/2 so I used saltines along with.worked great. I only cooked for 30 min and they were done and not overcooked. Flavor was wonderful!!!

I made this recipe today. I cut boneless skinless chicken into strips then seasoned them lightly with salt, black pepper and garlic powder (I only seasoned just one side). I figure the Ritz Crackers gives it flavor. I dipped the chicken pieces into melted butter (melted in the microwave, quick n' easy) and then dredged in crushed Ritz Crackers. These strips baked up nice. Took about 35 min. I had sprayed the baking sheet with cooking spray first so they did not stick. We feasted on these with BBQ sauce. Only problem? I wish I made more! Yum.
