Perfect! I found this recipe in Debbie Macomber's Cedar Cove Cookbook. She calls it Jack Griffin's Christmas Cookies and says there are no exact amounts--just get a jar of peanut butter, a box of Ritz crackers, a bag of chocolate chips, and the candies of your choice to top (i.e., holiday sprinkles at Christmas or Reese's Pieces at Halloween). She says to store them in the refrigerator. I dipped both sides of the Ritz cracker in peanut butter and stuck them together. This is so easy to make and with ingredients you have on hand that it's a slightly dangerous recipe. Yum! Thanks for posting elizagirl!
