"This is a great, chili-forward steak rub that adds great flavor and color to your steaks. A Texas-style seasoning."

• Yields: 8 ounces
• Serves: 24

ingredients

• 4 tablespoons chili powder
• 8 tablespoons sea salt
• 2 tablespoons turbinado sugar
• 4 tablespoons paprika
• 4 tablespoons granulated garlic
• 3 tablespoons granulated onion
• 1 teaspoon ground rosemary
• 1 teaspoon white pepper

directions

1. mix ingredients in a bowl.
2. whisk well.
3. store in an airtight container.
4. shake on steaks about an hour before grilling.
5. enjoy.
