- 1⁄2 large red bell pepper
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 tablespoon tahini (peanut butter will work)
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons sea salt
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
directions
- Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until creamy. Add more water if dip is too thick. This recipe is very forgiving and very customizable.
