The original recipe calls for 4 oz lean diced ham but I usually leave it out. I also toss the apples in a little lemon juice to keep them turning.

- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 2 apples, diced
- 1⁄3 cup celery, diced
- 1⁄4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate.
