Raisin Nut Frosting

• Yields: 4 cups

ingredients

• 2⁄3 cup Butter Flavor Crisco
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
• 4 cups powdered sugar
• milk
• 1⁄3 cup raisins
• 1⁄3 cup walnuts, chopped, toasted

directions

1. mix crisco, cream cheese, vanilla well and then add powdered sugar -- if necessary.add a few drops of milk, half and half to desired spreading --
2. beat 5 minutes.
3. stir in nuts and raisins --
4. may use walnuts or pecans.
