DIRECTIONS

  • Place olive oil in medium size pot and warm over medium heat.
  • Add onions, garlic and mushrooms and cook until tender and slightly brown.
  • Add ground beef and brown.
  • Add diced tomatoes, fresh tomato and kidney beans and stir.
  • Stir in Chili Power and Cumin slowly and blend.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add Water to desired thickness.
  • Cook for 15 Minutes.
  • Serve with Corn Bread.
