- 1 Classico red pepper spaghetti sauce
- 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
- 3 tablespoons capers, drained
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 12 black olives, pitted and chopped
- 4 garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup red wine (or white)
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
directions
- In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil and cook the garlic for 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Serve over pasta.
