Quick Honey Chicken
"My family love this simple honey chicken, especially my 3 children. Try it and enjoy!
Um, actually, it came about when I was supposed to be making something else, had the chicken coated then real9sed OOPS, I have no soy sauce and thought, 'Fine, I'll put the chook in the pan, then oven and just pour honey over it.' And it was great and too easy!"

ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups flour
- 2 kg chicken wings
- 1 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup oil, for frying
directions
- Dip chicken in egg.
- roll in flour.
- fry in pan until golden
- Transfer to baking dish.
- bake in oven 180 Celsius for 10 minutes.
- while baking heat honey.
- pour honey over wings AFTER taking them out of the oven. Better still, when they are already on the plates!
