- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1⁄2 fluid ounces water
- 2 tablespoons bob's red mill organic high fiber coconut flour
- 1 scoop plant protein powder (vanilla)
- 1⁄4 cup pumpkin puree
directions
- Mix dry ingredients together then add wet.
- Add water until it forms a doughy paste.
- Roll into balls.
- Freeze for 20-30 min.
