Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies - the Best I Have Ever Tried!

"My son LOVES anything pumpkin and after several years of searching, I came upon this recipe. I don't remember where I found it but they are absolutely divine."

• Serves: 15

ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup pumpkin
• 1⁄2 cup oil
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup milk chocolate chips

directions

1. Mix first 4 ingredients & add vanilla. Mix dry ingredients (except chips). Add the pumpkin mixture to the dry ingredients and blend. Stir in chocolate chips.
2. Spoon onto pan (I use my pampered chef stoneware pan). Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes 30 cookies.
