  • 1 butternut pumpkin
  • salt & pepper
  • herbs, of your choice
  • spices, of your choice
  • cooking spray

directions

  • Chop the pumpkin into pieces like wedges or chips.
  • Place in a plastic bag and spray in some cooking spray to to coat.
  • Add the salt, pepper, herbs and spices of your choice and shake around to coat.
  • Tip out onto a baking paper lined roasting tray and bake in a 375'- 400'F oven until golden brown.
  • Enjoy!
