  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Sift dry ingredients together.
  • In separate bowl, beat eggs and stir in pumpkin, oil, and water.
  • Add wet mixture to dry mixture, stirring well to loisten.
  • Divide between 2 greased and floured 9 1/2 x 5 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pans.
  • Bake for about 1 hour.
