- 1 (16 ounce) can apricot halves
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons rum or 2 tablespoons brandy
directions
- Drain prunes and apricots, reserving 1/4 cup syrup from each.
- Combine reserved syrups, cinnamon, and juice.
- Simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add rum.
- Pour over fruits.
