ingredients
- 2 cups cooked then cooled mashed potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cream of wheat
- 2 cups flour
directions
- Blend until you can handle the dough.
- Make into round balls.
- Cook for 10 minutes in boiling water that cover the dumplings.
- keep lid on pan.
