  1. This was a good recipe. However, it was a few too many peppers for me, but the flavor was great. I added a little more garlic to give it a little more punch.

  2. I ended up with a super flavored Pork Steak dinner bursting with flavor! I must admit that I added a Jalapeno pepper, an extra clove of garlic and 1/4 tsp chillie flakes. I took the advice of the other reviewers and knowing I like hot I made the recipe according to my taste. I cut the recipe back to one steak.,sliced the peppers in 1/4" strips. I didn;t have a yellow one (they are currently $3.99 lb) - The only other thing I did differently was to hold off adding the mixed peppers until after the steak was put back in the pan and simmered for 20 minutes then added the peppers for the final 5 minutes so the color would be there and that they would be crisp. Loved my dinner, Thanks Dreamgoddess

  3. I liked the mix of the three peppers. Great colour combination. Good blend of flavours. I did use more garlic than the recipe stated but we like garlic:)My steak was a little tough but I think that had more to do with the meat than the cooking. Will also try this with a different cut of pork than the steaks I used. I also think this sauce mix would go well with chicken and will give that a try. Thanks for adopting this recipe Dreamgoddess. :)

  4. I had to add some garlic pepper to give it a lift. Otherwise, this was very good and I would make it again.
