I was just a tiny bit worried about how this was going to come out. Most of the reviews were great but a few had some rough things to say about this recipe. Good thing I listened to the good ones. This came out great. The meat is so tender and cooked just the way we like it. I made extra mushroom and onion sauce so I can use it on the salsbury steaks we're having later in the week.

I tried this recipe today minus the mushrooms; my family and I loved it!

I really enjoyed the ease of this recipe, huge fan of mushrooms so of course I went a little over board with them lol. Thank you for the recipe

Worst recipe ever!!! Soupy dried out pork steaks. Served over noodles...could only eat the noodles. So very disappointed due to the other reviews. Never again!

Great dish to make and save the leftovers when you are cooking for 2. Served with buttered noodles.
