If it's quick, easy and yummy it's #1 with me, and this is #1! I threw in a couple handfuls of dried cranberries into the stuffing mix (used Stove Top Pork flavor) and it really set it off. My family LOVED it! It's perfect for the working mom who doesn't want to spend a lot of time cooking...a must try!

I've been making this recipe from an old issue of Quick Cooking & finally decided to see if it was posted on Zaar. It's an easy weeknight meal that leaves you satisfied. I've been using homemade apple pie filling that I had made & frozen for OAMC. The chops always come out moist & flavorful & best of all, this recipe has passed the "Picky Eaters" test. Thanks for posting, Kellogs!

One of my biggest hobbies right now is Recipe Zaar, collecting recipes, recipe books etc and of course, cooking. Particularly baking. I am currently trying to incorporate new foods into my diet and having fun experimenting. I also enjoy going to church, reading, and taking photos. I am a Christian actively trying to serve God and was saved Jan 1st 2003.
