Definitely five star rating for this recipe! The pork chops are moist and tender, the onions are sweet and blend in well with the apples, and the cranberries add a nice bit of bite. I forgot to dredge the chops in flour but I dont think that took away from the flavor. The package had 5 pork chops and I used one very large granny smith apple. There was plenty of sauce to top all the pork chops. DH didnt make a fuss about the cranberries at all, he enjoyed! Made and reviewed for ZWT 4.
