DIRECTIONS

  • Dice bacon & saute until crisp.
  • Drain on paper towels.
  • Mix bacon, sauerkraut,applesauce, sugar, mustard, wine, & pepper.
  • Saute chops on both sides until golden-brown.
  • Place chops on top of bacon mixture in a casserole dish.
  • Cover & bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours.
