I took it to book club and everyone loved it and some people asked for the recipe. It's sort of a festive Christmas time treat. The first time I made it, I mixed whipped cream with marshmallow creme instead of marshmallows... I believe that was a better result than marshmallows. For me, it's a 4 star dessert even though it got rave review from the ladies.

I love to try new recipes, and this is a wonderful site to find new additions. I rarely make the same thing twice because it's so much fun to try something different. My life long dream is to travel the world and eat my way around it.
