what's there to say about me? i,like the many others who come to this site, come in search of new and creative twists to the ordinary recipes... reading other people's input and ideas of creating a better and original dish. though myself and my sisters enjoy experimenting with dishes,we could never be as creative and interested in the art of cuisine as my mother is. so i thought it be best to start creating a mini cookbook of my mother's recipes.. for myself,my sisters as well as any other who would be interested in a bit of south asian cooking. enjoy!!![of course there will be other recipes that i have added from other cookbooks for they really captured my attention. so hat's off to those recipe owners!]
