"Make a triple batch...you'll want to eat it for days! Perfect with chicken, tilapia...as a dip...whatever. I love that there is no seasoning at all and it just marinates off of itself."

ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
• 3⁄4 cup honeydew melon
• 1⁄4 cup red bell pepper, seeded and diced
• 1⁄4 cup green bell pepper, seeded and diced
• 1⁄2 cup red onion, diced
• 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
• 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
• 1 tablespoon fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
• 1⁄4 teaspoon lime zest

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Season to taste with salt. Allow flavors to marinate before serving.
