"The original recipe is for apples but my friend and I were doing a Pineapple themed dinner so I changed this one; I made this one with my daughter, a great way to teach her veggies."

  • · Place all your cut julienne vegetables in a large bowl. Sprinkle with pineapple juice.
  • · In a separate bowl mix, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic and crushed pineapple.
  • · Pour dressing over vegetables and mix well.
  • · Season with salt and pepper.
  • · Garnish with chopped walnuts.
