directions

  • sift the flour and salt into large mixing bowl.
  • stir in yeast
  • make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Pour the water and oil in to the well.
  • mix with a spoon to a soft dough.
  • turn out dough on lightly floured surface and knead for about 7-10 mins until dough is smooth and elastic.
  • place dough in a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until the dough has doubled its size
  • punch down the dough and knead again for 2-3 minutes
  • roll or strech out dough to fit pizza pan. top with sauce and cheese.
  • place in 425 F preheated over for 15-20 mins until crisp and golden.
