    cup pecans (chopped)

DIRECTIONS

  • Boil syrup till a small amount forms a soft ball in cold water (236°).
  • Remove from heat and add butter and salt, stirring till butter is melted.
  • Cool.
  • Add cream and pecans, and then serve on your pancakes.
