  • Combine all ingredients in a large kettle
  • Cook on medium heat until it turns a rich golden color.
  • Hot pack in jars
  • Process for 15 minutes.

  1. Made 3o jars of pure heaven today. My kitchen smelled of pecan pie all day. For me initially was hard to tell when the jam had reached that dark enough point. There was some separation but remedied the problem by inverting the jars 1/2 way through the cooling process. May not be an idea project for long term storage but if consumed within a couple of months should be fine.
