Pecan Chip Tube Cake

- 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup miniature marshmallow
directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes or until combined. Pour half of the batter into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Combine pecans and chocolate chips; sprinkle half over batter. Top with marshmallows and remaining batter; sprinkle with remaining pecan mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes; invert cake to remove from pan and immediately invert again onto a serving plate.

This cake was simple to do and taste great ! I made it last weekend to take to my aunt at the nursing home. She liked it so much that she asked me to rake it to the nurses for the Halloween Holiday. Which was the next weekend. In my house it was gone by Tuesday night.So,I say that it was a huge hit.It will be ma regular one to made in my house.thanks for the great cake recipe!!!
