ingredients
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk (or whatever kind you like)
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt (nonfat is great)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 -2 handfuls of crushed ice (4 - 8 ice cubes)
- 1 banana (optional)
directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.

This smoothie has good potential; but I would suggest a few changes. First of all start with 1/3 cup of milk, and and then work your way up to your preferred consistency - we found that the drink was too thin even with banana and 2 handfuls of ice added. The drink could also use more peanut butter flavour, so perhaps double the peanut butter.
