- 1 (28 ounce) can peach slices
- 3 cups stale breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 lemon, juice of
directions
- Place the peaches and bread crumbs in a bowl. Add the butter, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and lemon juice and mix well.
- Pour into a greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned, about 25-30 minutes.

My photo's didn't turn out! I took two, one right out of the oven, and one with ice cream on top. For some reason, they didn't upload with the rest of the pics....but this was delicious. I was worried about the breadcrumbs. I did taste it heavily without the ice cream, but with the ice cream it was wonderful. Made this for Football Tag! Thanks for posting!
