DIRECTIONS

  • Cook rice.
  • Combine oil, soya sauce, vinegar and salt.
  • Add mushrooms to rice and stir in dressing.
  • Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
  • Just before serving add oranges,celery,green onions and almonds.
